Mclaren Sports Home Brings You “The Savage”. And It Most Certainly Is Savage!

4 wheel drive, huge wheels and tyres and a massive suspension lift are just the start of what makes this incredible rig so special!

With a go anywhere spec you can erm, go anywhere!

This stunning piece of engineering caught my eye like a diamond sparkling in a jewellers window in August. There is not one bit about this outstandingly crafted ‘van that I don’t like. Paintwork that’s smoother than a buttered panther and an interior that is as sleek as a midnight moon reflection cast across a motionless lake. It certainly made me catch my breath!

Take all of your toys with you!

Why choose which of your toys to take away with you when you can take them all in the massive garage! 2 motorbikes or a handful of mountain bikes or even a load of surfboards! The huge double bed raises and lowers to make good use of the already cavernous garage and with help from the integrated floor rail system the Savage will swallow it all up!

Practical yet luxurious is Mclarens brief.

In the middle of the Savages’ huge living accommodation is the washroom with a stunning hot shower system and electric flush cassette loo. Fully waterproof of course you’ll be able to get the sand from every crevice after your day at the beach or relax those aching muscles from the Munro you’ve just conquered.

In the feature packed kitchen you’ll find everything from a fridge with freezer compartment to hot and cold running water. You can even spec a 2 way hob that has both induction and gas cooking methods!

Just lounging around is a comfortable experience in the Savage

At the business end, if you opt for the 4 berth variant then you’ll have yourself a double seat that converts to a bed. but if you go for the 2 berth option then you’ll get a side sofa. Both come with a removable table. Both the cab seats in the front swivel around to maximise the seating arrangement.

The motion provider is equally as impressive

The Savage is based across two different vehicles each in two lengths. Either the 140bhp VW Crafter in 6.8m or 7.3m lengths or the Above 163bhp Mercedes Sprinter in 6.9m or 7.3m lengths. You can also spec it with an auto gearbox, front, rear or again as the above, 4 wheel drive. You can also upgrade the engine power to 177bhp for theCrafter and 190bhp for the Sprinter!

Both offer a high level of driving refinement and are packed with convenience-enhancing equipment and impressive advanced safety features.

Brown not your thing?

Naturally, as you’re the person holding the money, you can spec a whole host of upgrades and optional extras as well as the colour of the interior panelling and trim.

Full leather Recaro seating packages are also on the options list. Blackout blinds and fly screens, and roof vents with electric fans are all standard equipment.
